Winter/Low Season
Weekday (Sunday – Thursday nights) = $800
Weekend (Friday & Saturday nights) = $1,000
Long Weekends, Public Holidays and local Festivals or Events would use the Standard Summer Season rates.
These rates are changeable at any time, and can be changed for a specific date. For instance, you may have an event or celebration during the summer months, and if you would prefer to have your home available to you, you can increase the price to ensure you are receiving top dollar for your inconvenience of moving out, should you prefer to be at home during that time. This also lowers the possibility of the time being booked out.
