We begin with your initial consultation to identify your ideal guest profile. Then Sarah, our interior design specialist, will style and stage each room to highlight its best features and functionality.
After the staging is complete, Sarah photographs the spaces , producing high-resolution images that are professionally edited and ready to use on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO.

Transform underperforming spaces into premium rentals.
Beginning with an on-site inspection and ROI analysis of your spaces, we can advise where to best put your resources for maximum return in the short-term rental market.
This package includes:
Mood boards
Material specifications
Cost-benefit projections
Project management and coordination of vetted trades
Timeline tracking
Quality checks
Post renovation styling will be included in this package, as it will go hand-in-hand with the uplift of the space(s).
